These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Hurghada Grand Aquarium ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website (hurghadaaquarium.com), ticket bookings, educational programs, dive with sharks experiences, mini zoo visits, and customer support via our WhatsApp chatbot integrated with the WhatsApp Business API. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Hurghada Grand Aquarium is a public aquarium in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt, at Km 12 Safaga road, near the Magawish Village resort. We house more than 1,200 animals representing 100 species in 24 different galleries, including an Ocean tank with 475,000 gallons of water, and a mini zoo featuring rescued animals from regions across Egypt. Our mission is to inspire conservation of the world’s aquatic treasures through education and unforgettable experiences. - Dive with Sharks: Guided experiences (subject to availability and safety rules).
- Mini Zoo: Views of rescued animals from various Egyptian regions.
- Ticket Bookings: Online or via WhatsApp for individual or group visits.
- Customer Support: Via WhatsApp chatbot for inquiries, F.A.Q.s, and quick complaints.
- Events: Parties, birthday celebrations, or special occasions with aquarium backdrops.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts and Registration
To book tickets or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account and password.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Ticket Purchases and Payments
- Pricing: Ticket prices are available on our website or via WhatsApp. We offer unrivalled savings for hand-picked luxurious attractions.
- Payments: Processed securely through third-party providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- Group Bookings: Available upon request; contact us for details.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by us (e.g., due to weather or maintenance). Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days.
- Currency: All transactions in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or as specified.
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal purposes or violate any laws.
- Post harmful, abusive, or misleading Content.
